getting to the lake!
The nearest airport to Hamilton is Syracuse international which is just under an hour drive away. On the wedding day we’ll have shuttles available to pick folks up from Hamilton and from around lake moraine. There will also be limited parking available at the house.
The wedding will be held on the Fritze family’s lawn on Lake moraine. The ceremony will be held at the “old camp” (shown above) which was built by Emily’s great great grandfather. The reception will be 5 houses away on Laurie and Rob’s back lawn.
Because Hamilton is a small town we recommend booking a place to stay soon as things tend to book up quickly in the summer! Parking will be limited at the houses, so we recommend staying either in the town of Hamilton, or on Lake Moraine so that you can take a shuttle to and from the wedding.
We’ve listed some good housing options below, but we also have compiled a list of houses for rent on the lake that don’t use airbnb. Those houses would be great choices for groups of 4 or more. If you’re interested in hearing more about those, feel free to reach out to Emily, Kyle, or Laurie
